Healthy Muesli Bars
These are so yummy and healthy! I have been put off store muesli bars (granola bars) for so long now because their sugar content is comparable to chocolate bars- and thats ridiculous! It is great being able to make healthier alternatives for common things at home, so that staples of your diet are not so full of sugar and nasties! These have no added sugar, are vegan and can be gluten free if you use flax meal / almond meal etc.

Muesli bars: Healthy Chewy Homemade Granola Bars
1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup flaxseed meal - or 1cup of any ground seeds/ nuts/grains
1cup of boiling water & 2 white tea bags
1 cup dried dates
1 cup raw chopped nuts & seeds 
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon 
pinch of sea salt
